Banana is a kind fruits grows in the tropical country at the hot and damp climate, easy to grows not to much care needed. In Indonesia banana grows everywhere, banana trees grows in our house front yard, we could harvest it just ones, then we have the trees cut, and put another to grow.

Banana rich with- Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C and A.

-Mineral, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc

Potassium also promote bone health, while fiber good for cardiovascular health, because eating fiber fruit help prevent hearth disease.

Banana containing three natural sugar, sucrose, fructose and glucose, therefore banana give an instant sustained and substantial boost energy. For example people need energy during sports, perhaps you have seen the International rank of tennis players always eat bananas at their intervals time.

Banana also help people with anemia because of the high iron, and also help to reduce blood pressure for the people with high blood pressure problem.  As you know that high blood pressure could cause stroke or hearth attack.

Banana help the people with constipation problem because banana containing high fiber, banana could be used a natural remedy for many ills.

Banana could be used to help the people with hot burns, and banana leaf could be used as wrapping the people who has skin burns, banana leaf could be used for wrapping food instead of plastic, because banana leaf are easy to diluted in soil, so it is help to save our world to go green.

We could make banana cake or banana juice with many variations for hangover, we could have steam banana or banana fried, these are a healthy foods.
